Every role I've taken on at BVC has helped me grow. I started as an Office Assistant in 2005, and over the years I've had the chance to learn from great people and build a career I'm proud of. That's what makes this journey so meaningful.

17 years of service

I joined BVC as an Operations Executive in 2009, eager to learn, grow, and build my career. Seventeen years later, as AVP – Exhibition, I feel truly proud of the journey I have had with BVC. The opportunities, challenges, and responsibilities I have taken on over the years have helped me grow both professionally and personally, and have played a significant role in shaping who I am today. I am grateful to BVC for being an important part of my journey and for giving me the platform to continuously learn, take on new challenges, and grow.

14 years of service

Fourteen years at BVC have given me the opportunity to grow, take ownership and contribute to new areas of business. From joining as a Manager to becoming VP – Sales, my journey has evolved with every new responsibility. One of the most rewarding parts of my journey has been the opportunity to introduce new solutions at BVC, including international e-commerce and low-value parcel solutions, helping us address the evolving needs of the industry. Today, I look after BVC's international sales across India, working with clients across the country for their international shipping requirements and focusing on expanding our reach and market share. BVC has given me the platform to build strong client relationships, explore new opportunities and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the business.

23 years of service

BVC has been a big part of my life since 2003. From Security Officer to Senior Manager – Security Operations, I have built a career that I am proud of. The trust placed in me over the years has given me the confidence to take on greater responsibilities. Along the way, I have learned from experienced colleagues, worked through challenges and developed my own approach to guiding a team. What makes this journey meaningful is feeling that my dedication and contribution are valued. After 23 years, I am grateful to BVC for the opportunities I have received and proud to help others learn and grow within the organisation.

5 years of service

When I started, the art world revolved around a few masters like Husain, Raza, Souza, Raja Ravi Varma and Manjit Bawa. Today, contemporary and emerging artists, sculpture, photography and installations are everywhere, and Indian collectors are buying internationally. BVC gave me the backing to build a service for that new market from scratch, and the freedom to do it right. Even after decades in the industry, I believe there is always room to learn and grow. Leading Fine Arts at BVC has been a fulfilling chapter in my career, bringing opportunities to apply my experience, adapt to new challenges and build something meaningful with the team.

What I appreciate about my BVC journey is that I have continued to evolve. From Finance to Business Intelligence, I have taken on different challenges and built new capabilities. Fourteen years on, one thing remains unchanged—my curiosity to learn, grow, and turn new knowledge into meaningful action. That sense of continuous learning and the satisfaction of putting it into practice is what continues to make my journey at BVC truly rewarding.

Over the last nine years, I have grown so much, both personally and professionally. BVC has given me opportunities to discover my strengths, recognition for my efforts and a place where I feel valued. Looking back, I am proud of the career I have built here and excited about what lies ahead.

What I value most about my BVC journey is that I have never stopped growing. Each new responsibility has taught me something about the business, about people and about myself. From managing a branch to leading a region, it has been a career I am proud to build.

My journey from AVP – Product to Chief of Staff has strengthened my ability to solve complex problems and create meaningful business impact.

Some of my proudest professional milestones have happened at BVC. From my early days as a Manager to becoming AVP – SEZ Operations, I have grown in confidence, experience and responsibility. The people I have worked alongside have made that journey even more meaningful.

Over the last ten years, BVC has given me experiences that have shaped both my career and the way I approach leadership. My journey to AVP – Sales has brought new challenges, valuable relationships and continuous opportunities to learn. As my role has grown, I have come to value team achievements just as much as individual milestones. Being able to guide, support and grow alongside the people I work with has been especially fulfilling. For me, that shared growth has become one of the most rewarding aspects of my time at BVC.

What I have always appreciated about BVC is that sincere effort does not go unnoticed. Building strong customer relationships takes time, patience and consistency, and it is rewarding when that work is recognised. Knowing that my contribution is valued motivates me to keep giving my best. It has also given me a strong sense of pride in the relationships I have built over the years. I am thankful to BVC for making me feel that the work I do truly matters.

A career grows when your hard work is met with the right opportunities, and I am grateful that I found those opportunities at BVC. The organisation recognised what I could contribute and continued to place its trust in me as my responsibilities increased. That confidence encouraged me to keep improving and preparing myself for the next challenge. Today, having progressed from Assistant Manager to AVP – Collections, I can see how important that support has been to my journey. BVC has been an integral part of the career I have built.

Being City Head for Mumbai carries a unique responsibility because of the scale and importance of the city's gems and jewellery industry. Over my five years at BVC, I have progressed from Assistant Manager to a role where I now look at the larger business across this market. BVC has given me the platform and confidence to take on that responsibility, work closely with clients and understand the market at a much deeper level. Being entrusted with a city like Mumbai has been an important milestone in my career.
